Chapter2 Scale Accelerator
Founding Cohort · August 2026

Finally build a business
that doesn't need you in it
every single day.

The Chapter2 Scale Accelerator is for serious South African founders doing R500k–R2M in turnover who are ready to move from operator to CEO.

Founding Cohort Opportunity

The first 8 founders to join will lock in the Founding Member Rate of R19,500 — a R3,000 saving on the standard price. You'll also get priority selection for the in-person sessions and direct input into shaping the programme.

This is a one-time opportunity to be part of the inaugural cohort.
The reality for many founders

You've hit the ceiling — because everything still depends on you.

You started this business because you wanted freedom. Instead you created something that still needs you for almost everything. You wake up and the first thing you do is check WhatsApp. By ten o'clock you've already sorted out problems that only you can fix. You keep saying you'll focus on growth this year, but you're still stuck in the day to day. At night you lie in bed tired, knowing that if you take a proper break or try to step back, things will probably fall apart. You didn't build this to become a prisoner in your own company. You wanted something that could stand on its own. Something that could grow without you having to carry it every single day. And lately you've started wondering if this is just how it's going to be.

For the inaugural August cohort: in-person events are subject to minimum cohort size. We'll confirm dates and locations with founders once the cohort is formed. If in-person events do not proceed, you'll receive equivalent value through additional live online sessions and 1-on-1 time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about the Accelerator

This programme is designed for established South African founders running businesses that typically do between R500k and R2M in turnover. It is especially relevant if you feel like you've become the bottleneck in your own business and want to build systems so the company can grow without everything depending on you.
No. This is an upskilling and execution programme. We teach you how to design and implement repeatable systems yourself, and how to lead more effectively. You will do the work with guidance and accountability, not have it done for you.
Expect to dedicate 4–6 hours per week on average. This includes workshops, implementation work, and peer accountability sessions. The programme is designed to be high-intensity but still manageable alongside running your business.
Most participants report freeing up 15–30 hours per week through better systems and delegation. You should also leave with improved cashflow visibility, clearer growth systems, and stronger leadership capability. Results depend on how consistently you implement what you learn.
Not necessarily. Many participants start with small teams or are still quite hands-on. The programme helps you build systems that make delegation possible, even if you're currently doing a lot yourself.
In the final week, you will present your business and growth plans to a room of investors, corporates, and alumni. This is a valuable opportunity to get feedback and potentially open doors, but there is no obligation to raise funding.
The Launchpad is focused on getting early traction and execution for newer or smaller ideas. The Scale Accelerator is for founders who already have an established business but need to professionalise and scale beyond themselves.
Yes. Graduates of the Chapter2 Launchpad receive 50% off the Accelerator — only R11,000.
You get lifetime access to the alumni community and resources. Many founders continue to stay connected with their cohort for ongoing accountability and support.
If your business has some revenue and customers, but you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unable to grow because everything still runs through you, this programme is likely a good fit.
Yes. We plan to run cohorts every quarter. The August cohort is the founding cohort — which means a lower price, direct input into the programme, and the advantage of being part of the original alumni network as it grows.
