You will actively work on your startup throughout the workshop, which means you will not only receive the knowledge that comes with the workshop, but walk away with tangible results that you can implement immediately to grow your startup.

You have to do the work upfront to understand what your dream buyer looks like.  We will show you how to figure this out.

You are not selling anything yet, but you will start to create something of value for your ideal client.  We will show you how to do this.

Now that you have people interested in what you are offering, you have to start capturing details of potential leads, we will show you how.

Time to put together an irresistible offer for those ready-to-buy leads.  We will show you how and what to focus on to create an irresistible offer.

Now that you know who your ideal buyer is and you have done the work to create real value upfront for potential customers, you have to go out and find the best channels to pull in customers.

A huge percentage of your potential client base, will not be ready to buy straight away.  This does not mean these prospects are lost to you.  Remember, you are building a relationship, not trying to make a sale. 

With this strategy, you will create value to prospects that made contact, but are not ready to buy.

By the time your ideal buyer reaches the Sales Conversion stage, the sale will practically be made already.  

We will show you what to focus on when getting to the sales conversion stage of your pipeline.

The Live Workshop is online and interactive.  Pelser will work with you for 90 minutes online, taking your through the various steps of the workshop and answering questions as needed.  See it like a MBA class at a university.

The Recorded Workshop will be the static workshop video with no live interaction.

You will need a stable internet connection for the Live Workshop and access to Google Meet.

During the workshop, you will actively work on your business plan blueprint steps, so having a laptop or printed out version of the Chapter2 Playbook ready will ensure you receive the most benefit from the live workshop.

If you cannot attend the Live Workshop, it will be best to purchase the Recorded Workshop rather.

The follow-up session with Pelser will be a 15 minute online mentoring session, free of charge, where you can bring your marketing and sales strategy to the meeting and get feedback from Pelser.
