MODULE 3: MARKETING & CUSTOMER GROWTH (DAYS 5-6)
Objective: Now that you have a validated problem, a business model, and an MVP plan, it's time to figure out how to attract and retain customers. This module will help you: ✔ Define your brand identity so customers trust your startup ✔ Create a marketing strategy to reach early adopters ✔ Learn low-cost customer acquisition tactics ✔ Build a basic marketing plan to test your first growth strategies At the end of this module, you will have: ✅ A brand positioning statement ✅ A customer acquisition plan ✅ A real-world test of one marketing channel
